We are looking for employees with:
- High school diploma or higher;
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in an industrial context;
- Proficiency with computer tools (Word/Excel);
- Knowledge of Lean concepts, 5S;
- Knowledge and mastery of Quality Tools;
- Knowledge of English and/or French (preferential);
- Strong orientation towards action, results and customer satisfaction;
- Ability to plan and organise;
- Critical thinking with a view to continuous improvement and optimisation of resources and processes;
- Ability to influence and motivate others;
